Welcome to ChronoAstra. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, and any purchases made through ChronoAstra.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Overview
ChronoAstra creates highly customized and personalized timepieces made to order based on customer-selected specifications including, but not limited to:
- Date and time selections
- Geographic coordinates and starmap configurations
- Engravings
- Case and strap selections
- Dial customization
- Personalized configurations
Because each watch is individually produced, all products are considered custom-made goods.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ChronoAstra. “You” and “customer” refer to the user or purchaser.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
- You are legally capable of entering binding agreements
- All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through ChronoAstra are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased
- Request additional verification information
- Decline orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs once production has begun or your order has been dispatched.
4. Custom-Made Products
All ChronoAstra watches are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your watch is produced uniquely for you
- Production begins based on your submitted specifications
- Personalized products cannot be resold as standard inventory
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all submitted customization details before confirming an order.
ChronoAstra is not responsible for customer-submitted errors including:
- Incorrect engravings
- Incorrect dates or coordinates
- Incorrect shipping information
- Incorrect customization selections
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing at any time
- Correct pricing errors
- Cancel orders affected by technical or pricing mistakes
Payment must be successfully completed before production or shipment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to provide accurate shipping estimates; however, all delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Because ChronoAstra products are highly customized and produced in batches, production and shipping timelines may vary.
ChronoAstra is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Carrier disruptions
- Force majeure events
- Supplier delays
- Incorrect customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
7. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Depending on the destination country, import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees may apply.
Where stated by ChronoAstra during promotions or campaigns, certain taxes or duties may be subsidized or partially covered. Any such arrangements remain at ChronoAstra’s discretion and may vary by country or campaign.
Customers remain responsible for complying with local import regulations.
8. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Warranty Policy for detailed information.
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- Custom-made orders are non-returnable
- Personalized items are non-refundable once production has begun
- Orders cannot be cancelled after production starts
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights where applicable under law.
9. Warranty
ChronoAstra provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
Warranty decisions are made at ChronoAstra’s reasonable discretion following inspection.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including:
- Logos
- Branding
- Product designs
- Images
- Videos
- Text
- Graphics
- Configurator elements
are the property of ChronoAstra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with website security
- Upload malicious code or harmful software
- Abuse, harass, or impersonate others
- Misuse our configurator, services, or support systems
We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate services for violations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChronoAstra shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Delays in delivery
- Third-party shipping issues

- Damages arising from misuse of products
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
