Exact astronomy, pad printed for one owner.
We calculate the visible stars and constellation geometry for your coordinate, date and local time from astronomical data, then engineer that sky as production artwork for your chosen dial size. A dedicated pad printing cliché is produced for your watch alone.
The map is transferred by precision pad printing, the process used for fine detail on high-end dials, then completed through a four-stage print-and-lume process: the initial precision print followed by three registered applications of Swiss BGW9 Super-LumiNova. No two ChronoAstra dials carry the same sky.

Your exact date, time, coordinates and chosen word are individually etched into the caseback. The reverse of every carries the coordinates, date and local time of your moment, plus up to twelve capital characters of your own text: a name, a place, a single word. It is etched into the titanium, not printed on it. Quartz builds receive a solid titanium caseback. Automatic builds receive a sapphire display back, with your individually etched details framed around the movement.

Truly spectacular timepiece
When I saw this project come across kickstarter I was instantly intrigued and backed the campaign immediately. I'm extremely pleased to say that it was well worth the wait. The craftsmanship is unlike any watch I've ever owned. The appearance of the blue aventurine dial is truly magical. I am reminded of the moment in the stars it preserves (my first date with my fiance) every time I look at it. The range of straps for the watch are all very stylish and add quite a bit of versatility. The quick change ability of the straps is extremely easy to use and convenient. The watch seems to be of excellent quality and is something that I look forward to wearing for years to come. Well done ChronoAstra, you've made a customer for life.
A really amazing watch
This watch is really fantastic. The polishing is amazing, the watch feels like a piece of jewelry but the titanium gives it a darker slightly more masculine look that I love. Personally I love how the titanium feels too. The details are next level and make for a great wearing experience. I love the micro expansion and the easy strap change, which I use often. The other straps, the leather and the silicone (or whatever it's made of) really change the character of the watch. I especially love the silicone, it gives it a more casual vibe and the strap quality is equal to the best I've ever used. The whole experience has been exceptional as well as owning it, I just truly love it.

My hubby’s watch arrived today in Gilbert, AZ!!! It’s gorgeous and he is absolutely “diggin’” it!!! Sorry the first video is so long, he made sure to remove all plastic before he would put it on. For reference, his wrist measures 6 1/4”

I really like the blue rubber strap. Switching to the G5 bracelet makes it a luxury watch. It’s all even nicer then expected. Micro adjustment makes it easy for comfortable fit

A perfect way to remember a perfect night.
The ChronoAstra is the perfect way to immortalize a special moment and place in your life. For my part, I found this watch as I was just about at my 10-year anniversary with my wife. The dial design was a no brainier - the stars above the place we get met on the day when our stars aligned.
The watch is stunning, remarkably light, and wears beautifully. I've gotten so many compliments on it - more than some of the luxury pieces I own.

Gorgeous watch with a beautiful design and lots of detail
The watch is perfectly sized at 40mm for my wrist, both the provided leather strap and the titanium strap with the butterfly clasp are amazing and comfortable. The blue aventurine watch face backing is stunning, and I like how in general it leans towards a darker black style unless directly exposed to light. It’s also stunning when glowing in the dark. I’m super happy with the timepiece, glad I can honor my dads birthday with the mapping, and look forward to purchasing a full auto movement one soon (my current is regular quartz movement).
The end to a struggle
With a dire nickel allergy, I have struggled to find an affordable, astonishing watch of 100% high grade titanium. With ChronoAstra, I have finally gotten a custom piece with my own starry sky and engravings. It turned out better than I had imagined and is a great conversation piece too.
