Your reservation is fully refundable until production begins, which will occur either when our Kickstarter campaign is successfully funded or when otherwise announced via our Kickstarter page, VIP Facebook Group, or by email.

Once production starts, refunds will no longer be available, as your reservation contributes directly to the production process — helping ensure that all timepieces are delivered as early as possible.

If for any reason we do not reach our Kickstarter goal or decide not to move into production, we will issue full refunds.
